# Airdrop and Points

Pillar DAO will integrate with **Sonic’s airdrop points farming system**, rewarding early adopters for engaging with the protocol. Users who provide liquidity, stake PLR, or mint pUSD will accumulate points that can be redeemed for future rewards or governance incentives.

#### How to Earn Airdrop Points:

1. **Providing Liquidity:** Users who supply assets to supported liquidity pools earn points proportional to their contribution.
2. **Staking PLR:** Locking PLR tokens generates additional points, incentivizing long-term commitment.
3. **Minting and Holding pUSD:** Holding pUSD in eligible wallets earns ongoing rewards based on participation duration.
4. **Referral Incentives:** Users who onboard new participants to the ecosystem can earn additional airdrop points.

The points system is designed to encourage active participation and long-term engagement in the Pillar DAO ecosystem. Rewards will be claimable in future governance or incentive distributions based on contribution levels.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://pillar-dao.gitbook.io/pillar-dao-docs/airdrop/airdrop-and-points.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
